Previously, as a senior leader at Microsoft, he headed the legal technology / operations department, led two product groups, co-headed application development in IT, and managed multi-million-dollar consulting projects in his seventeen years at the company. He specialized in innovation, leadership, customer and client focus, and team effectiveness.
